Smartworks has announced the proposed acquisition of Singapore-based Workstudio Spaces through its wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction is expected to expand the company's Singapore portfolio to four centres with a footprint of around 76,000 sq. ft., subject to regulatory approvals.
