The opening establishes the first active retail address at Grandthum, bringing a jewellery brand into the development as its wider retail offering takes shape. The arrival of Indriya also marks an initial step in the project’s transition from development to a destination where visitors can access retail services.
For Group 108, the store’s launch offers an early indication of how Grandthum’s planned mix of uses will begin to function. The development is designed to combine retail outlets with dining, entertainment and office spaces, with the aim of attracting visitors for different purposes.
Commenting on the opening, Dr. Amish Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, said, “A project starts to feel different once people begin using it. With Indriya opening its doors, Grandthum has reached that point. The store gives us the first glimpse of the retail environment we have been working towards, and we are excited to see more brands gradually join the development and add to its character.”
Sanchit Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, said, “Indriya’s entry into Grandthum adds a new dimension to our retail offering. Greater Noida West is seeing a steady transformation in its consumer and commercial landscape, and the arrival of established brands is an important part of that evolution. We believe the new store will add to the overall retail experience at Grandthum and provide consumers with greater choice within a well-connected commercial environment.”
Located in Greater Noida West, Grandthum is positioned to serve the area’s residential and commercial catchment. Its planned retail mix is expected to include a range of brands alongside dining and entertainment options as the development’s wider offering takes shape.
