Mumbai: 42 Estates has announced the launch of its residential project, In the Wake of Light, in JP Nagar 9th Phase, South Bengaluru, the company said.
The project is located in an established residential area surrounded by parks and residential developments, offering a mix of connectivity and green surroundings. It has been designed as two staggered 14-storey towers rising above a landscaped podium.
According to the company, the development spans approximately 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area and will offer 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences. The layout follows a low-density approach with four units per floor to enhance privacy and reduce congestion.

The towers have been positioned at a distance from each other to ensure privacy while allowing natural light, ventilation, and open views. The design includes a central green spine with layered gardens and terraces aimed at bringing light and greenery into the development.
The residential units feature high ceilings, defined living zones, and efficient layouts. Each apartment includes a balcony designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces.
The project also includes a vehicle-free landscaped podium with amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and leisure zones. Pedestrian-friendly pathways and community-focused spaces have been incorporated into the design.
