Mumbai: Gurugram-based real estate developer TREVOC is evaluating an expansion across Haryana’s emerging Tier-2 markets, with a proposed investment and development pipeline of ₹800–1,000 crore over the next three years. The company is targeting a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000–3,500 crore through a portfolio of approximately two to three new projects, with Sonipat and Panipat among the locations under consideration.
The proposed expansion includes integrated townships spread across approximately 80–100 acres, combining residential plots, villas and commercial spaces. TREVOC is targeting early 2027 for the launch of the first phase of its planned expansion into these markets, although the locations and launch schedule remain under evaluation.

The company intends to deploy the proposed capital in phases, with investment decisions linked to project opportunities and prevailing market conditions. Alongside its residential developments, the three-year roadmap also includes plans for approximately five lakh sq. ft. of commercial development.
TREVOC’s interest in Sonipat and Panipat reflects its assessment of improving regional connectivity, infrastructure development and local economic activity. The company has identified infrastructure projects such as Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal (KMP) Expressway as factors influencing its evaluation of these markets.
Gurpal Singh Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group, said, “We are evaluating Sonipat and Panipat as part of our next phase of expansion, with a focus on locations where improving connectivity and economic activity can support long-term demand. Our three-year roadmap envisages a ₹800–1,000 crore investment and development pipeline, targeting a GDV of ₹3,000–3,500 crore. Deployment will be phased and linked to project opportunities and market conditions.”
Highlighting the company’s approach to development planning and execution, Sehaj Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group, said, “Entering a new market is only the first step. What matters is how a project takes shape over time and whether it delivers on what was envisaged at the planning stage. We believe that residential and commercial spaces need to be considered as part of a larger environment, with attention to how people will use them in their everyday lives. Our focus remains on thoughtful planning, the right mix of spaces and consistent execution, so that the projects we create have lasting value for the people who live and work in them,”
The proposed expansion is expected to broaden TREVOC’s geographical presence while adding to its residential and commercial development portfolio. Its integrated township model brings together plotted developments and villas with commercial spaces, allowing the developer to cater to multiple buyer segments within a single development.
The company is considering Tier-2 markets in Haryana as an additional growth avenue alongside its existing presence. Its assessment of potential locations will focus on connectivity with major urban centres, the availability and development of social and physical infrastructure, and underlying market demand.
