Grandthum was highlighted as a commercial destination designed around high-street retail concepts, featuring uninterrupted frontages, large-scale layouts, and pedestrian movement intended to improve consumer interaction and visibility for brands.
Alongside this, ONE FNG was presented as a retail ecosystem focused on premium audiences, sustained engagement, and continuous consumer circulation aimed at supporting long-term brand visibility.
The article noted that Group 108’s participation attracted retailers, franchise operators, and expansion-focused businesses evaluating future retail opportunities and commercial expansion strategies.
Sharing his views at the event, Sanchit Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, said, “Retail is no longer defined by location alone; it is shaped by the experience it delivers. What we are building at Grandthum and ONE FNG is not just retail space, but environments that encourage engagement, strengthen brand presence, and create long-term value. PRC has been an important platform to engage with brands that share this forward-looking outlook.”
