Mumbai: Danube Properties has announced the opening of a new sales office in Central London as part of its ongoing international expansion strategy.
Located at 44 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, SW3 1BW, the new office marks the company’s latest expansion in the United Kingdom following the launch of its first UK office in Harrow two years ago.
According to the company, the Harrow office helped establish connections with investors and homebuyers interested in Dubai real estate opportunities. The newly launched Knightsbridge office is intended to improve accessibility and provide services to clients across Central London and nearby regions.
The office will include dedicated marketing suites and virtual reality (VR) tour facilities designed to offer investors access to property showcases and project presentations.
Danube Properties said the expansion aligns with its long-term strategy of strengthening its international presence through sales offices serving overseas investors interested in Dubai’s real estate market.
