Delhi: The Executive Centre (TEC) has expanded its presence in Delhi-NCR with the opening of a new centre at DLF Atrium Place, Gurugram. Spread across approximately 94,100 sq. ft., the facility offers more than 1,000 workstations, adding to TEC’s portfolio in one of India’s key commercial markets.

The new centre is positioned within DLF Atrium Place, a major business district with access to public transport networks. Its location is aimed at multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and fast-growing enterprises seeking flexible workspace options in Gurugram.

The facility occupies a Grade A office building that is USGBC LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certified. Its design and workplace infrastructure are intended to bring together sustainability, employee wellbeing and contemporary office requirements.

The new centre includes private offices, collaboration areas and lounges, alongside a fully equipped Barista Bar, wellness room and private phone booths. Members will also have access to secure keyless locking systems and other business amenities, supported by TEC’s hospitality-led service model.

The expansion comes as India’s office market continues to record strong leasing activity. CBRE reported record quarterly office absorption of 24.6 million sq. ft. in Q2 2026, while Delhi-NCR registered its highest-ever quarterly flex space take-up, pointing to continued demand for premium flexible workplaces among enterprise occupiers.

Commenting on the expansion, Paul Salnikoff, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, The Executive Centre, said, “Gurugram continues to be one of India’s most dynamic business destinations, attracting global enterprises that expect more from their workplaces than ever before. At TEC, we believe that exceptional workspaces should inspire innovation, foster collaboration, and support employee wellbeing. Our newest centre at DLF Atrium Place embodies this vision by combining luxury, thoughtful design, operational excellence, and world-class hospitality to create an environment where businesses and their people can thrive. As organisations continue to prioritise quality and flexibility, we remain committed to delivering premium workspace solutions that set new benchmarks for the future of work.”

The opening adds to The Executive Centre’s three-decade presence in the flexible workspace sector. The company works with multinational corporations and growth-focused enterprises through premium work environments supported by its service and operational platform.
