According to the company, Agami Legends offers approximately 1.10 lakh square feet of saleable inventory. The project comprises 67 residences and is being developed near the MIG Cricket Club in Bandra East.

Residences are being offered at a launch price starting from ₹7.18 crore for 3 BHK units and ₹11.92 crore for 4 BHK units. The company said it is targeting an average realisation of around ₹60,000 per square foot.

The project is being funded through a structured financing arrangement with Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL).

Agami Realty said select residences will feature private decks overlooking the MIG Cricket Club grounds and views of Mahim Bay.

Commenting on the launch, Sunil Gavaskar said, “Both Agami Realty and I believe that legacy is built through discipline, consistency and integrity. To me, that’s what differentiates Agami Legends – the philosophy that drives it. The project draws inspiration from the spirit of cricket and from illustrious institutions such as the MIG Cricket Club, which have shaped generations of players. I’m delighted to be associated with a development that celebrates legacy in such a thoughtful manner.”

The company said the project has recorded strong demand during its pre-launch phase.

Prashant Khandelwal, Director & CEO of Agami Realty and Joint Secretary of CREDAI MCHI, said, “Nearly 30 per cent of the inventory has been sold during the pre-launch phase. This demand has been predominantly end-user led, with a significant proportion coming from residents of and the surrounding Santacruz-Bandra micro-market. Many buyers are existing homeowners seeking to upgrade to larger, more contemporary residences without moving away from the neighbourhood, reflecting the strong aspiration for luxury housing within this established community. We expect Agami Legends to contribute approximately 40 per cent of the company’s overall revenue, making it a key growth driver and a significant contributor to Agami Realty’s growth over the next few years.”
