Mumbai: Pune-based real estate developer Sankla Buildcoon has introduced a new logo and brand identity, signalling a fresh phase in its journey that began in 1992. The rebranding comes as the company looks to expand beyond Pune, with seven more projects in the pipeline.
The company’s new identity centres on the idea of “Intent”, reflecting the thinking behind its approach to real estate development. This encompasses decisions ranging from location selection and project planning to design and the experiences created for residents.

Since its establishment, Sankla Buildcoon has built its business around construction quality, credibility and customer trust. Its focus has also extended to developing community-oriented spaces designed around the needs of residents. The new brand identity brings these principles together while expressing how the company’s approach has evolved over more than three decades.
Pune remains central to Sankla Buildcoon’s operations, although the developer is also exploring opportunities in new markets. The seven projects in its pipeline are expected to build on its existing portfolio as the company pursues its next phase of growth.
“Over the years, Sankla Buildcoon has evolved significantly, but our foundation has remained rooted in credibility, trust and the intent to build better. The new identity reflects how we have grown as an organisation and how our understanding of people and their aspirations has evolved. For us, this is not just a new logo; it is a reflection of the intent behind everything we build,” said Subhash Sankla, Managing Director, Sankla Buildcoon.
The developer has projects across residential, commercial and resort segments in several locations in and around Pune. Its portfolio spans Punawale, Manjari, Bhivri, Bhugaon, Kharadi, Keshav Nagar, NIBM and other parts of the city.
The rebranding also comes as homebuyers increasingly consider factors beyond individual apartments, including community planning, amenities and spaces that accommodate different aspects of everyday life. In response to these changing expectations, Sankla Buildcoon is placing greater emphasis on gated communities and holistic living.
The company’s stated approach focuses on developments that extend beyond physical infrastructure to support how residents live, interact and build their lives. This direction forms part of its effort to align its projects with evolving homebuyer expectations.
