As per PropEquity, the price appreciation in Gurugram has been phenomenal compared to Mumbai, which is a landlocked city. The data states that between January 2020 and April 2025, the property prices in Gurugram appreciated by 113.26%, while it was only 42.30% in Mumbai in the same period.
