BPTP Enters Joint Residential Project in Surajkund, Faridabad

New Delhi: BPTP Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Urban Realtech Private Limited, has entered into a joint development arrangement with a landowner to develop a residential group housing project on an approximately 11-acre land parcel in Sector 39, Surajkund, Faridabad.

The project is expected to have a potential developable area exceeding 2 million square feet. It will be undertaken once all statutory and regulatory approvals are received, including permissions from the Department of Town & Country Planning, Haryana, and registration under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), as applicable.

The site benefits from proximity to established infrastructure and offers connectivity to key corridors in the National Capital Region (NCR). BPTP highlighted that Surajkund remains a differentiated micro-market with long-term growth potential due to its established ecosystem and natural surroundings.

Kabul Chawla, Chairman and Managing Director of BPTP Limited, said that Faridabad continues to demonstrate structural growth momentum, supported by improving connectivity and evolving residential demand patterns. He added that the development aligns with the company’s strategy to focus on markets where it has deep operating experience.
