Mumbai: Real estate developer Karyan Group has performed the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony for its recently launched residential project, Trevana Residences, located on NH-24 opposite Wave City in Ghaziabad. The ceremony marks the formal commencement of construction for the project.
According to the company, it plans to invest ₹900 crore in the development and expects to generate nearly ₹1,500 crore in revenue from the project.
The ceremony was attended by the company’s leadership and well-wishers. Karyan Group said the event marks an important milestone in the project’s development and reflects its focus on timely execution and delivery.
Trevana Residences will comprise 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences and is being developed as a premium residential project along the NH-24 corridor. The company said the project is aimed at homebuyers and investors seeking housing options in the region.
The project is located with connectivity to Delhi, Noida and Meerut and is expected to benefit from upcoming metro connectivity. According to the company, nearby social infrastructure includes educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail centres and business districts.
The development will include a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse along with landscaped open spaces, a bowling alley, pickleball court, cricket pitch, paddle court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centres, jogging tracks, smart security systems, rainwater harvesting and solar-powered common areas.
Karyan Group said the project is scheduled for completion by 2030.
