Mumbai: Real estate developer Srishti Group has launched its latest brand campaign, ‘The House of Pride’, built around the proposition ‘Get More Life. Less Rush.’ The campaign brings together Craft de Srishti in Nahur (West) and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup (West), two projects located along the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) corridor.
The campaign focuses on the relationship between connectivity and quality of life in Mumbai, where commuting time remains an important consideration for homebuyers. Srishti Group is positioning the two developments around the idea that a well-connected residential address can enable residents to spend more time with family, pursue personal interests and focus on activities beyond the daily commute.
GMLR connectivity forms the central element of the campaign. The east-west corridor is expected to improve movement between Mumbai’s eastern and western suburbs and provide access to key residential, commercial and employment destinations. For Srishti Group, the connectivity proposition is also linked to a broader interpretation of what premium homeownership means for urban families.
Commenting on the campaign, Mr. Karan Villaitramani, Director, Srishti Group, said, “The House of Pride reflects our belief that the value of a premium home is no longer defined only by its size, specifications or amenities. Increasingly, it is also about the quality of life that an address enables. With GMLR strengthening east-west connectivity, our focus is on offering homebuyers addresses that help reduce the everyday rush and give them more time for family, aspirations and experiences. Through Craft de Srishti and Srishti Oasis, we are bringing together connectivity, thoughtful planning and contemporary living to create homes that complement the way modern Mumbai families live today.”
Craft de Srishti comprises premium 2 BHK residences priced at ₹1.86 crore all inclusive and 3 BHK residences at ₹2.74 crore all inclusive. Eligible buyers can also avail of a 24-month Holiday EMI offer from PSU bank.
Srishti Oasis offers 1 BHK homes starting at ₹1.08 crore, 2 BHK homes at ₹1.59 crore and 3 BHK homes at ₹2.04 crore, all inclusive, along with a 12-month Holiday EMI offer from PSU bank for eligible buyers.
The two projects form the core of the campaign’s positioning, bringing together connectivity, residential offerings, contemporary amenities and lifestyle convenience. The underlying proposition is that premium living in Mumbai is increasingly being assessed not only through the physical features of a home, but also through the time and convenience associated with its location.
Srishti Group, which has 35 years of experience, has completed 25+ projects and delivered over 5 million sq. ft. The developer says its latest campaign reflects changing expectations among Mumbai homebuyers and seeks to broaden the definition of premium living around connectivity and time efficiency.
