New Delhi: Real estate developer Casagrand has launched Casagrand Vienna, a residential project on LB Road in Adyar, Chennai. The project comprises 98 three- and four-bedroom residences across four towers, with prices starting at ₹5.10 crore onwards.
Spread across 1.5 acres, the development has allocated 70% of its area to open spaces. The project includes 30 amenities and a clubhouse spread across indoor and outdoor spaces.

The residences feature cross-ventilated layouts and dual balconies with city and sea views. The homes include spacious living and dining areas, 16-ft-wide master suites and bedrooms that are approximately 11 ft wide. Convertible bedroom balconies are also part of the layouts.
The project’s amenities are spread across two levels and include 22,400 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor club spaces. These include a 7,100 sq. ft. clubhouse on the 11th floor and a 3,200 sq. ft. terrace swimming pool.
Other facilities at Casagrand Vienna include an oxygen-infused gym, mini golf, billiards, a leisure sidewalk, observation deck, rooftop amphitheatre, sky lounges and an elevated gym.
The residences will have specifications including marble flooring, designer main doors with marble architraves and digital door locks.
The project is located close to educational institutions including Sishya School, Shiv Nadar School, IIT Madras and NIFT. Healthcare facilities in the wider catchment include MGM Healthcare and Padmapriya Hospitals.
The development also has access to Madhya Kailash, OMR Expressway and CLRI, while nearby leisure destinations include The Theosophical Society, Elliot’s Beach, Guindy National Park and Birla Planetarium.
