BPTP Capital City in Sector 94, Noida has secured LEED v4.1 O&M Platinum, IGBC Platinum and WELL Core Platinum certifications. BPTP Capital City Noida Secures LEED & WELL Platinum

Mumbai: BPTP has announced that its Grade-A commercial development, BPTP Capital City in Sector 94, Noida, has received multiple recognised sustainability certifications, including LEED v4.1 O&M Platinum, IGBC Platinum and WELL Core Platinum ratings.

Located in Sector 94, Noida, the commercial project spans approximately 7,90,000 square feet of office and mixed-use space. The development is positioned around 300 metres from Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station, offering connectivity to Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida.

According to the company, the certifications recognise the project’s adherence to established green building standards, covering energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality and occupant well-being benchmarks.

BPTP Capital City comprises a ground-plus-16-floor configuration with three basement parking levels. The project includes passenger, transfer and service lifts, along with planned amenities such as food courts, a gymnasium, crèche, medical room and co-working spaces, subject to final specifications.

Manik Malik, CEO and President of BPTP, said the development has been designed by integrating sustainability principles with operational planning and user comfort. He added that the certifications reflect alignment with globally accepted environmental and wellness standards.

The commercial complex currently accommodates corporate occupiers from sectors including technology, financial services, manufacturing and education, along with food and beverage outlets and flexible workspace operators.

Sector 94 has emerged as a prominent commercial micro-market in Noida due to metro connectivity and proximity to Delhi.
