Mumbai: Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX), a premium managed workspace provider, has expanded its Bengaluru portfolio through the acquisition of two Grade A+ office developments in partnership with Prestige Group, strengthening its presence in the city’s Outer Ring Road (ORR) office market.
The expansion spans 1.11 lakh sq ft and will add more than 1,200 seats to the company’s portfolio. According to the company, the new assets are expected to generate approximately ₹2.2 crore in monthly revenue.

The first development is located at Prestige Lakeshore Drive, opposite Bellandur Lake, within a 90-acre corporate campus that houses global occupiers. The company said the asset is designed to cater to evolving enterprise requirements and is expected to be operational from August 1, 2026.
DevX plans to invest approximately ₹10 crore towards fit-outs and infrastructure development at the facility.
The second development is located at Prestige Featherlite Tech Hub, a Grade A+ office asset designed around the walk-to-work model. The development is aimed at occupiers seeking reduced commute times, improved employee experience and operational efficiency.
