Omaxe Residences, Grand Europe See Strong Demand in Faridabad

The projects, part of the World Street mixed-use development, highlight rising demand for luxury housing and organised retail spaces driven by improving infrastructure connectivity in the region.
Omaxe Residences, Grand Europe Sell Out in Faridabad Launch

Mumbai: Real estate developer Omaxe Limited has reported strong buyer response for its newly launched residential and commercial projects in Faridabad, with the company announcing that both developments recorded rapid sales soon after launch.

The projects — Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe — are part of the company’s World Street mixed-use development and have received approvals from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA).

According to the company, the first phase of Omaxe Residences comprised 173 ultra-luxury residential units, all of which were sold out within a few days of the launch. The development is positioned in the premium housing segment with average unit prices ranging between ₹3 crore and ₹4 crore.

The commercial project, The Grand Europe, also witnessed strong investor interest. The company said all 120 shop-cum-office (SCO) units offered in the launch phase were fully subscribed on the first day itself.

Omaxe said the two projects together involve an estimated investment of more than ₹1,060 crore in the Faridabad real estate market. As per CA certificates submitted to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, the estimated project cost of Omaxe Residences is ₹927.20 crore, while The Grand Europe has an estimated development cost of ₹133.78 crore.

Both projects are being developed as part of the larger World Street by Omaxe development, a mixed-use urban destination designed to integrate residential spaces with retail, entertainment and commercial infrastructure.

Faridabad has traditionally had a strong base of high-net-worth residents, particularly in established areas such as Sectors 14, 15, 16, 17 and 9. However, large-scale ultra-luxury residential developments have been relatively limited in the city, creating demand for premium housing projects.

Omaxe Residences aims to address this demand by offering high-end residences designed with modern lifestyle amenities and community infrastructure. The Grand Europe, meanwhile, introduces a European-inspired high-street retail format with SCO plots starting from around 70 square yards.

World Street London Extension, which was launched in December 2025, also received a strong response from investors, indicating growing demand for organised retail and commercial developments in the region.

Commenting on the market response, Mohit Goel, Managing Director of Omaxe Limited, said the sales reflect strong buyer confidence in the company’s developments.

“The response to Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe demonstrates the trust buyers place in the Omaxe brand. Faridabad has long required a premium residential and commercial ecosystem that matches global standards,” Goel said.

The projects are located in Sector 79 and benefit from improving infrastructure connectivity in the region, including access to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, the upcoming Jewar International Airport, the Bata Chowk Metro Station and the proposed Manjhawali Bridge.

According to the company’s regulatory filings, Omaxe Residences is scheduled for completion by December 2030, while The Grand Europe is expected to be completed by August 2030.

Industry observers note that improved infrastructure connectivity and limited availability of premium land parcels are supporting demand for organised residential and commercial real estate developments in Faridabad.
