Mumbai: Superb Realty has announced a strategic integration with Enlite to deploy a cloud-native smart building solution across its commercial developments, including Superb Altura and its upcoming commercial project in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
According to the company, the implementation will cover a combined 3 lakh square feet of commercial space across the two developments.

The collaboration forms part of Superb Realty’s broader strategy to integrate operational intelligence into its commercial real estate assets through connected building technologies and real-time monitoring systems.
Superb Realty stated that Enlite’s Know Your Building® platform will integrate energy systems, air quality monitoring, access control and critical building infrastructure into a unified ecosystem.
The cloud-native and wireless architecture is designed to enable continuous real-time monitoring and predictive optimisation of building operations.
The company said the solution aims to support tenant well-being while improving operational efficiency and asset management capabilities.
