According to the company, the space at Grava Business Park spans Towers 10 and 20 and is part of a next-generation commercial development targeting LEED and IGBC Platinum certifications. The development also offers connectivity through the Nehru Outer Ring Road and proximity to a planned metro corridor.
At the project, Table Space will offer enterprise-grade Custom-Built Managed Workspaces and Ready-To-Move-In Suites.
Commenting on the development, Harini Adidam, Associate Executive Director Sales – Hyderabad, Table Space, said, “Key micromarkets such as HITEC City and the emerging Neopolis corridor are witnessing strong enterprise demand. Our continued expansion in the corridor, which includes the landmark take-up at Grava Business Park, one of our largest managed workspace transactions, strengthens our ability to support enterprises looking to strategically scale in Hyderabad’s emerging markets.”
Nitish Bhasin, Chief Sales Officer, Table Space, said, “Hyderabad continues to deliver on core GCC priorities – scalability, cost efficiency, access to skilled talent, and pro-business policies. As organizations continue to establish and expand their presence in the city, demand persists for flexible and agile, enterprise-grade workplace solutions across prime commercial corridors.”
He further added, “This momentum aligns with Table Space’s broader growth across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, underscoring our strategy of early identification of high-growth micro-markets and scaled investment in premium Grade A assets to fuel sustained success.”
In addition to Kokapet, the company has expanded its presence in HITEC City with nearly 50,000 sq. ft. at K. Raheja Mindspace IT Park near Raidurg Metro Station and approximately 48,000 sq. ft. at Aparna Technopolis near the HITEC City Metro Station.
The company stated that the centres will offer enterprise-grade infrastructure, Custom-Built Managed Workspaces, Ready-To-Move-In Suites, and dedicated collaboration and training facilities.
According to the company, HITEC City continues to witness strong demand from technology companies and GCCs because of its commercial ecosystem, transit infrastructure, access to talent pools, and concentration of Grade A office developments.
Table Space stated that it is witnessing robust demand from BFSI, technology, life sciences, and AI-led sectors, reinforcing Hyderabad’s growing position as a GCC hub.
The company added that Hyderabad currently accounts for nearly 20–23 per cent of India’s GCC market share in BFSI and analytics, according to JLL’s India GCC Guide 2026.
