Bombay Realty Launches THREE ICC in Dadar, ₹6500 Cr Project

Mumbai: Bombay Realty has announced the launch of THREE ICC, an ultra-luxury residential tower at Island City Center in Dadar, marking a new phase in the development of one of Mumbai’s integrated residential projects.

The launch follows the development of One ICC and Two ICC and is part of the broader Island City Center project. The company estimates a revenue potential of approximately ₹6,500 crore for THREE ICC.

The project is positioned within a gated development and is aimed at homebuyers seeking larger residences, privacy, and access to integrated amenities in a central location.

THREE ICC comprises 3, 4, 4.5 and 5-bedroom residences with deck configurations, with sizes ranging from 1,283 sq. ft. to 2,994 sq. ft. and above. The homes are designed to offer natural light, ventilation, and spacious layouts.

The residences are priced from ₹5.75 crore onwards.

The development includes landscaped open areas and amenities focused on wellness, recreation, and community living within a gated environment.

Dadar, where the project is located, provides connectivity to key business districts such as Lower Parel, BKC, and South Mumbai, along with access to major infrastructure corridors.
