Mumbai: Awfis Space Solutions Ltd. has expanded its premium flexible workspace portfolio with the launch of a new Elite by Awfis centre at Prestige Trade Centre in Aerocity, New Delhi. The facility spans approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft. of chargeable area and is designed to serve global capability centres (GCCs) and large enterprise occupiers through a mix of built-to-suit and ready-to-move-in workspaces.
Located close to IGI Airport and Aerocity Metro Station on the Airport Express Line, the centre offers connectivity to major business and travel hubs across the city. Its design combines workplace infrastructure with hospitality-led services and features intended to support employee wellbeing.

The Aerocity facility incorporates several dedicated environments for different work styles. These include the Nexus Lounge for collaboration and brainstorming, Biophilic Pods that bring natural elements into the workspace, and purpose-built meeting rooms for formal discussions and collaborative sessions. The Epicentre provides an open setting for informal conversations and reflection, while dedicated podcast rooms add another option for content creation and communication.
The centre’s layout reflects Elite’s approach to integrating workplace design, technology and hospitality. Its amenities include gourmet cafés, concierge-style services and technology-led experiences, with the aim of supporting productivity, interaction and employee comfort.

Clients in the portfolio include ABC Fitness, Meltwater, a French FMCG major and an American semiconductor major.
With eight Elite centres already operational across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the Aerocity launch becomes the portfolio’s ninth centre. It further expands Awfis’ premium workspace presence in key metropolitan markets, targeting demand from enterprises and GCCs for flexible offices built to global standards.
