Bhumika Realty has acquired land across multiple sectors of Faridabad. Its plotted development in Sector 114 has received its development licence and is awaiting RERA registration.

Institutional partnerships are also supporting the company’s expansion strategy. Bhumika Realty has a ₹170 crore funding arrangement with BGO for The ICON and a ₹500 crore platform with Blackstone-backed ASK Property Fund for plotted development opportunities. An initial investment of ₹125 crore under the latter arrangement has been deployed in Faridabad.

The ICON has secured approximately one lakh sq. ft. of retail leasing, with brands including Lifestyle, PVR INOX, Samsung and an Apple reseller. The development combines retail and other uses as part of the company’s mixed-use project strategy.

Uddhav Poddar, Chairman and Managing Director of Bhumika Group, said: “Our investments reflect our long-term confidence in Faridabad’s growth potential. With over ₹550 crore invested in the past 12 months, we expect our cumulative land investment in the city to exceed ₹1,000 crore by March 2027. We remain focused on building a diversified real estate portfolio through institutional partnerships and disciplined execution.”

Faridabad’s connectivity with the wider National Capital Region (NCR), alongside ongoing infrastructure development, remains a factor in the company’s long-term investment outlook.
