Mumbai: The Executive Centre (TEC) has announced the opening of its new workspace centre, KAFD 2.08, in the King Abdullah Financial District, expanding its footprint in the Middle East region.

The newly launched facility complements TEC’s existing KAFD 3.09 centre, which opened in August 2025. According to the company, the latest development reflects its continued expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia and aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiatives focused on economic diversification and business infrastructure development.

Spanning approximately 9,500 square metres, Centre 2.08 is structured as a fully integrated five-storey workspace building entirely operated by TEC. The development includes private offices, enterprise workspace solutions, coworking areas, meeting rooms, event spaces, and private phone booths.

The third floor of the facility has been leased to a leading enterprise client as a fully managed office space, reflecting growing demand for customised large-scale workplace environments in the region.

The workspace centre also introduces several lifestyle-oriented amenities, including an outdoor padel court and TEC’s Atlas House café located on the fifth floor. The company said the facility integrates wellness, hospitality, and collaborative workspace elements within a technology-enabled environment.

The development includes modular workspace configurations designed to support scalability and operational flexibility for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia’s evolving commercial market.

Located within King Abdullah Financial District, the centre provides access to multinational corporations, financial institutions, residential developments, retail spaces, and hospitality destinations. KAFD is recognised as the world’s largest LEED Platinum-certified mixed-use business district and Saudi Arabia’s first vertical city.

Commenting on the launch, Paul Salnikoff, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, The Executive Centre, said, “Building on the success of our first centre, our newest centre at 2.08 at KAFD is a defining statement of our long-term commitment to the Kingdom. By taking up an entire five-storey building, we are not just expanding our footprint, we are reimagining how workspace, hospitality, and lifestyle converge.”

He added, “As Saudi Arabia accelerates its transformation under Vision 2030, TEC is proud to be enabling businesses with the agility, scale, and experience they need to grow with confidence.”
