Delhi NCR: Gaurs Group has entered the luxury residential segment in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway with the launch of Gaur Alaris, a housing project that the developer expects to generate an estimated sales realisation of Rs 1,900 crore.
The 11.8-acre development will comprise approximately 1,088 apartments, with prices starting at Rs 1.32 crore. The project adds to Gaurs Group’s established presence along the Yamuna Expressway, a residential corridor where development activity has been gaining momentum amid infrastructure expansion and improving connectivity.

Gaur Alaris is located near the Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport), a factor expected to contribute to the area’s growing residential and investment appeal. The launch comes as developers continue to expand their presence across the Yamuna Expressway corridor.

The project has been planned around a peacock-inspired design theme. Its architectural design has been undertaken by Hafeez Contractor, while Site Concepts International is responsible for landscape planning and Studio Designscape for interiors.
Gaur Alaris will feature a clubhouse spread across more than 1 Lakh Sq. Ft, which the company describes as the largest clubhouse of the region. The development will also include nearly eight acres of open landscaped greens.
The project is positioned within the 1500-2000 Sq. Ft apartment segment and will offer more than 65 leisure amenities across its landscape zone and clubhouse.
