New Delhi: Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth INR 920 crore for its premium housing project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The contracts have been awarded equally to KEC International Limited (KEC) and NCC Limited, with each company receiving a contract valued at INR 460 crore.
KEC International Limited will undertake construction of six residential towers, while NCC Limited will build five towers. Both packages are scheduled for completion within 36 months. Collectively, the 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units across a development area of approximately 5 million sq. ft. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the third quarter of FY27.

The two contracts are part of Signature Global’s execution plan for Sarvam at DXP Estate, a 13.55-acre residential development positioned around a wellness-led living concept.

Sarvam at DXP Estate is located along Dwarka Expressway, with connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, Cyber City and other major commercial and social destinations. The project is part of the larger DXP Estate ecosystem and will offer 3 and 4 BHK residences.
The development has been planned as a Vastu-conscious and IGBC Platinum-certified project, combining sustainability-focused planning with design principles centred on the five elements of nature. Its planning includes tower orientation, apartment layouts, landscaped open areas, natural light and cross-ventilation.
The project’s wellness proposition also extends to its lifestyle and recreational offering. Signature Global has partnered with Ileseum Clubs, a sports and leisure club management company, to develop an integrated lifestyle ecosystem at DXP Estate.
Through this partnership, residents will have access to wellness and lifestyle offerings from partners including Tatva Spa, the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy, Tiger Shroff’s Matrix Dance Academy, Tagda Raho, and Ajivasan Music Academy by Suresh Wadkar, among others. The collaborations cover areas such as fitness, recreation, learning and rejuvenation within the community.
With construction contracts now awarded to KEC International Limited and NCC Limited, the project is moving towards its planned execution phase. Sarvam at DXP Estate combines residential development with wellness-oriented planning, Vastu-conscious design, sustainability standards and an integrated lifestyle ecosystem.
