Delhi: Ceigall India Limited (CIL), through its joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited (SIML), has secured four road construction contracts from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for projects on NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh. The four packages have an aggregate bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore.
The Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) were issued to the CIL-SIML joint venture for the construction and development of Intermediate Lane roads across multiple sections of NH-913. The contracts will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode, with construction periods ranging from 36 to 48 months.
The development marks an expansion of Ceigall India’s presence in the Northeast and adds to its portfolio of road and highway infrastructure projects across India.

Four NH-913 packages
The CIL-SIML joint venture comprises Ceigall India Limited, which holds a 74% stake, and Sushee Infra Mining Limited, with a 26% stake.
The four awarded packages cover sections of the Huri–Taliha and Sarli–Huri stretches of NH-913. Their details are as follows:
- Huri–Taliha: Construction of the road from km 0.000 to km 55.725, with a bid cost of ₹521 crore.
- Sarli–Huri: Construction of the road from km 0.000 to km 78.38, with a bid cost of ₹611.10 crore.
- Huri–Taliha: Construction of the road from km 55.725 to km 113.25, with a bid cost of ₹525 crore.
- Huri–Taliha: Construction of the road from km 160.75 to km 209.90, with a bid cost of ₹492.52 crore.
The first, second and fourth packages carry construction periods of 36 months each. The third package has a scheduled construction period of 48 months. All four projects also include a five-year maintenance period.

With the four NH-913 packages, the company will be involved in road construction across multiple sections of the Frontier Highway in Arunachal Pradesh, with individual execution timelines extending up to 48 months and a five-year maintenance obligation for each project.
