Mumbai: Casagrand Commercial, the commercial real estate arm of Casagrand Group, has announced its entry into the Coimbatore office market with the launch of Casagrand Crown, its first commercial development in the city.
The project is strategically located on Avinashi Road, one of Coimbatore’s rapidly developing commercial corridors. The development offers approximately 1 lakh sq. ft. of premium office space designed to serve the requirements of IT and ITES companies, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), startups, co-working operators and corporate occupiers.

The company stated that the entire development has been pre-leased to IndiQube, indicating continued demand for institutional-grade office infrastructure in Coimbatore.
Casagrand Crown has been planned as a future-ready workplace ecosystem with contemporary architecture, efficient floor plates, sustainable infrastructure, a common cafeteria and employee-focused amenities. The development also offers connectivity to Coimbatore International Airport, the railway station and key residential and business locations across the city.

Its portfolio includes Casagrand Ecotech at Sholinganallur with 6 lakh sq. ft., Casagrand Astute at Nandambakkam with 3.2 lakh sq. ft., Casagrand The Paragon on Radial Road with 3.6 lakh sq. ft., Casagrand Bizpark at Sholinganallur and Casagrand Skytech at Perungudi with 1 million sq. ft. each, along with Casagrand Connect at Ambattur, a 1.6 lakh sq. ft. retail destination in Chennai.
