Mumbai: Platinum Corp. has announced the launch of Platinum Stellar: Bespoke Presidential Suites, a luxury residential project located on Main Avenue in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The development reflects the company’s design-led approach to premium housing and marks a collaboration with celebrity interior designer Sussanne Khan.
According to the company, the project has been conceived as a bespoke residential offering, combining expansive layouts with personalised living experiences. Platinum Corp., which has delivered 1.75 million sq. ft. across Mumbai’s prime suburbs over more than 15 years, stated that the project has been developed in response to evolving demand within Mumbai’s luxury residential market.
The project’s design is centred on a collaboration with Sussanne Khan, whose design approach has influenced its interiors and overall design language. Platinum Corp. stated that the project integrates design across multiple aspects, including spatial planning, proportions, arrival experiences, and amenities, with the objective of creating a cohesive residential environment.
Platinum Stellar: Bespoke Presidential Suites has been designed as an Art Deco-inspired residential development for contemporary living. Drawing inspiration from the philosophy of Alison Duncan, the project reinterprets the precision, rhythm, and detailing associated with 1920s Art Deco architecture into a modern residential setting. The project incorporates rhythmic architectural detailing, a refined material palette, and layouts designed to support contemporary lifestyles.
The development includes amenities designed as extensions of everyday living. These include hosting spaces, a private party lounge, wellness areas featuring water elements, dedicated yoga and aerial fitness spaces, and a spa-salon experience. Common areas have also been designed to complement the overall architectural identity of the project.
Located on Main Avenue in Santacruz West, the project offers connectivity to Bandra, Khar, and key arterial routes across Mumbai. It also provides access to established social infrastructure, retail destinations, dining options, and business districts while maintaining a low-density residential environment.

Platinum Stellar: Bespoke Presidential Suites will offer residences starting from 2,500 sq. ft., including full-floor homes. According to the company, the project is intended for buyers seeking spacious residences with an emphasis on design, privacy, and premium living. Platinum Corp. also stated that it has received expressions of interest from investors who view high-quality residential assets in established micro-markets as long-term investment opportunities.
