Mumbai: Elevate Homes, the residential development platform established by Hines and Conscient Infrastructure, is planning a premium housing project spanning 10.5 acres in Sector 63A along Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. With approximately 2 million sq. ft. of saleable area, the development is expected to be launched later in 2026.
The project will feature more than 600 three- and four-bedroom residences, with its design centred on contemporary architecture, nature-led planning, wellness and sustainability. Global architecture firm Benoy has been appointed to design the development.

The upcoming project marks Elevate Homes’ third residential development, following two ongoing projects in Gurugram and Delhi. With the addition, the platform’s active residential portfolio in the National Capital Region will exceed ₹17,000 crore in gross development value (GDV).

Elevate Homes is expected to disclose further details, including the project’s name, design vision, master plan, unit configurations and key features, after obtaining the requisite approvals.
