Mumbai: H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, officially unveiled “Greenz by Danube” at a major event held at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. The launch was organised by Danube Properties and witnessed participation from over 7,000 investors, business leaders, guests, and media representatives.
The project marks Danube Properties’ entry into its first large-scale integrated master villa community and introduces Dubai’s first fully furnished master villa development.

Speaking at the event, H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan said the unveiling reflects the continued success of Danube Group in the UAE and highlights its long-standing contribution to the country’s building materials and real estate sectors. He noted that the company has grown alongside Dubai, supported by a foundation of trust, reliability, and understanding of community needs.
He further stated that the UAE has established itself as a global destination for investment and living, attributing this growth to the leadership vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
He also highlighted the role of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, stating that the UAE places people at the centre of its development model, focusing on quality of life, community values, and long-term sustainability.
Describing the project, he said “Greenz” represents a vision of modern living built around greenery, wellness, family life, and community wellbeing. He added that real estate development should create human-centred spaces that support families and strengthen communities.
He congratulated Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, along with the leadership team and project partners, for their contribution to Dubai’s urban development.

The surrounding region hosts over 100,000 residents and professionals and is expected to benefit from the upcoming District IO technology hub, projected to generate more than 70,000 jobs.
The development includes 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses, as well as 5-bedroom semi-detached and twin villas. Homes feature modern designs, Dolce Vita interiors, private lifts, sky gardens, and closed kitchens, with handover scheduled for December 2029.

Prices for the project start from AED 3.5 million, with a 1% monthly payment plan available for buyers and investors.
