Mumbai: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the launch of Mahindra BeaconHill, an ultra-premium residential project in Mahalaxmi, South Mumbai, with a potential gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,650 crore.
Spread across nearly 1.68 acres, Mahindra BeaconHill is designed as a standalone 58-storey residential tower comprising 198 residences. The development offers 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK homes targeted at homebuyers seeking premium residences in South Mumbai.

According to the company, the residences are designed to maximise natural light and cross ventilation while offering expansive layouts, decks, and views of the Arabian Sea, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, and Mumbai skyline.
The project includes over 32,000 square feet of amenities, including a simulated golf and bicycle experience along with a rooftop lounge overlooking the city and sea.
Mahindra Lifespaces stated that the development has been planned in line with its focus on sustainable and future-ready urban development, integrating environmental considerations with residential design.
