Mumbai: Max Estates Limited has announced Adobe’s upcoming move to Max Square, its commercial office development located on the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Adobe will occupy nearly 158,000 sq. ft. at the development, marking one of the largest office leasing transactions involving a global technology company in Noida.

The transaction has been executed with Adobe and adds to the list of technology companies that have selected Max Square as their workplace destination. Earlier this year, AML RightSource leased nearly 157,000 sq. ft. at Max Square to establish one of the largest GCCs in Delhi NCR.

Max Square has been developed around the concept of “where nature meets work” and is an IGBC Platinum certified commercial office project. The development has attracted global and domestic companies seeking premium office environments in the NCR market.

According to the company, Max Estates’ operational commercial developments, including Max Square, Max House, and Max Towers, have remained fully leased for more than a year. With Adobe’s upcoming move, Max Square further strengthens its position among premium office developments catering to global technology companies.
