Prateek Group Records ₹300 Crore Sales in Q4 FY26

Mumbai: Prateek Group has reported sales exceeding ₹300 crore during Q4 FY26, reflecting continued demand across its residential portfolio and sustained homebuyer interest in the NCR housing market.

According to the company, the quarterly performance was supported by demand for premium and luxury housing, expanding infrastructure, improved connectivity and growing interest in integrated township developments offering comprehensive lifestyle amenities.

Among the group’s key developments, Prateek Begonia, located within the Prateek Grand City Township at Siddharth Vihar, has emerged as a major residential offering in the micro-market. The project has benefited from end-user demand and improving regional connectivity. Industry estimates indicate that Prateek Begonia carries a revenue potential of approximately ₹5,000–6,000 crore.

The company stated that while Phase 1 has been opened for sales, construction activity for Phase 2 is already underway despite not being launched for sales.

Prateek Group’s portfolio also includes Prateek Canary in Sector 150, Noida, a low-density luxury residential development featuring golf-view residences. The project continues to attract buyer interest, according to the company.

Over the years, the developer has built a portfolio across luxury, premium and ready-to-move residential projects in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. The portfolio includes Prateek Grand City, Prateek Begonia, Prateek Canary, Prateek Edifice, Prateek Stylome, Prateek Laurel, Prateek Fedora, Prateek Wisteria, Prateek Royal Cliff and Prateek Aurelia.

The company said it has delivered more than 20 million square feet of real estate over the past two decades and serves a customer base of more than 50,000.

Prateek Group stated that its focus on construction quality, project delivery and customer-centric development has contributed to long-term buyer confidence.

The company is also recognised for introducing luxury residential developments in Noida through projects such as Prateek Stylome and Prateek Edifice.
