This development is TDI Infratech’s first township launch after the company achieved a debt-free status in 2025. It also marks the company’s fourth township project in Punjab.

TDI Infratech has previously delivered more than 500 acres in Mohali through two integrated townships, along with 42 acres in Rajpura. The company is also expanding commercial components within these developments, including hotels and commercial centres.

Commenting on the expansion, Akshay Taneja, Managing Director, TDI Infratech, said: “Ludhiana represents a high-potential market with strong economic fundamentals and sustained end-user demand. Our acquisition of approx 150 acres reflects a long-term commitment to developing a benchmark township that integrates premium housing formats with robust infrastructure and lifestyle amenities. This project also marks an important milestone as our first township after achieving a debt-free position in 2025.”

Prince Chhabra, Promoter, DC Group, added: “Ludhiana’s strong industrial base and NRI-driven demand make it a high-potential market. Our partnership with TDI Infratech is focused on delivering a landmark township while creating long-term value for homebuyers and the regional ecosystem.”

The Ludhiana project is positioned as a large-scale mixed-format residential development aligned with evolving housing preferences. Post-pandemic demand trends indicate increased interest in plotted developments, low-rise floors, and gated communities with enhanced infrastructure.
