Mumbai: Premium flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre (TEC) has expanded its partnership with long-standing client Forescout Technologies, Inc., with the cybersecurity company taking up approximately 19,000 sq. ft. of managed office space at Panchshil Business Park in Balewadi, Pune.
The expansion marks the next phase of Forescout’s growth in Pune, where the company has operated from The Executive Centre’s facility since 2022. Beginning with a 50-seat office, Forescout has steadily increased its presence and will now occupy an entire new floor within the business park. The newly leased workspace spans approximately 19,000 sq. ft. and has the capacity to accommodate around 200 workstations.
The development reflects the increasing demand among multinational companies for managed office solutions that combine operational flexibility with the ability to scale as business requirements evolve.
The Executive Centre has designed and delivered a customised office environment aligned with Forescout’s operational and workplace requirements. The new facility includes a dedicated reception area, multiple meeting rooms, private cabins, a training room, open workstations, collaborative workspaces, and a purpose-built breakout and townhall area intended to support employee engagement and larger team interactions.
