Mumbai: Today Group has launched Nova Ark, a Grade A+ commercial development in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, marking an addition to its commercial real estate portfolio in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The project is located in Nerul, one of Navi Mumbai’s established commercial locations, and has been planned as a modern office development supported by transportation connectivity and regional infrastructure. The development is located in Nerul and benefits from connectivity through the Harbour Line, Palm Beach Road, Sion-Panvel Highway and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The area is also home to Dr. D.Y. Patil Stadium, a landmark destination that has contributed to the locality’s visibility within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Nova Ark is situated near the Navi Mumbai International Airport corridor and falls within the broader influence zone of regional infrastructure development initiatives. The project is also expected to benefit from planned infrastructure projects including the Kharghar–Turbhe Link Road, International Corporate Park (BKC-2) and Metro Line 8 (Gold Line).
