Mumbai:Â Jenika Ventures, one of the top real estate firms, remains committed to investing in people through the development of a people-centric culture by organizing its international annual retreat for high-performing team members and senior leaders. The company’s commitment can be seen through employee appreciation, team building, and a high-performance, values-based work culture.
The five-day international offsite, a mix of strategy, celebration, and connection, invited the leadership team and several of the top-performing employees for an experience-based program to develop collaboration and cultural bonds. The offsite was more than four nights and five days, and it involved full-day yacht sails, teamwork, and a communal living arrangement that allowed more personal interaction.
Mr Abhishek Raj, Founder & CEO , Jenika Ventures’ said, “At Jenika Ventures, we are interested in building meaningful experiences that extend beyond the office. These retreats are not recreation or travel; they are part of the way we nurture our culture, celebrate contributions, and invest in individuals. By leaving our habits behind and uniting in a different setting, we provide ourselves with space to connect with one another on another level, to have open and transparent communication, and to inspire one another. It’s our celebration of the individuals behind progress, unity, trust, and a sense of shared purpose as we collectively move forward.”
This is a constant practice at Jenika Ventures. The firm sponsors national and international retreats annually, having leaders go regardless of performance and bring along chosen contributors throughout the firm who make valuable contributions.
Beyond the organized itinerary and site attractiveness, coexistence and culture are what the retreat is all about. Sleeping and mingling together throughout the trip, team members develop meaningful connections that look back on more productive collaboration and harmony upon return to work.
These strategically planned offsites are not only employee motivation benchmarks but also leadership alignment and cultural reinforcement instruments as well. Jenika Ventures remains a pace-setting model, with individuals at the center of its undertaking and understanding that high-performance teams are built on shared experience, gratitude, and a sense of belonging.
