Mumbai: The third edition of the Big Billion Property Sale is scheduled later this month with a total inventory of ₹25,000 crore across Gurugram, Noida, and Panipat, organisers said. The event is being held jointly by M3M India and Smartworld Developers.
This year, the sale will introduce a Buy–Sell–Lease model, enabling customers to sell existing properties, purchase new assets, or explore leasing opportunities across residential, retail, and commercial segments. Pre-registrations have crossed 12,000, while more than 4,200 channel partners have undergone training for structured engagement, the organisers added.

The platform recorded significant sales in previous editions. The first edition featured ₹10,000 crore in inventory and achieved approximately ₹4,000 crore in sales over three days. The second edition scaled to ₹15,000 crore in inventory with sales exceeding ₹6,000 crore and more than 15,000 walk-ins.
The upcoming edition will showcase over 70 developments with ticket sizes ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore, including residential apartments, service apartments, retail and office spaces, multiplex formats, industrial plots, and food courts. Customers can sell properties at premiums up to 60 percent and buy new assets with discounts up to 20 percent, subject to market conditions and due diligence.

The event will be held on February 21–22 at Mayfair Grand, Noida, and from February 27 to March 1 at Orana Conventions, Gurugram, organisers said.
