New Delhi: Delhi-NCR real estate developer Landmark Group has appointed industry veteran Pankaj Pal as its Management Advisor, bringing more than three decades of experience in real estate development, corporate finance, sales and business expansion to the group’s leadership framework.
In his new advisory role, Pal will work with the executive leadership on the group’s broader growth strategy, project conceptualisation and funding frameworks. His responsibilities will also cover brand management and sales and revenue strategies across Landmark Group’s residential and commercial portfolio.

Pal is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, where he studied Architecture & Planning, and holds a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from AIMA. His career spans more than three decades across the Indian real estate sector, including leadership roles involving large-scale development, corporate finance and business expansion.
Before returning to Landmark Group, Pal held senior positions at several prominent real estate companies. His previous roles include Managing Director at Whiteland Corporation, Group Executive Director at AIPL, Chief Sales Officer at M3M India and Ireo, and Executive Director of Sales & Corporate Finance at Vatika Group.
Pal has also previously served Landmark Group as Executive Director. His appointment as Management Advisor brings his prior understanding of the organisation back into the group as it works on its ongoing and upcoming projects.
