New Delhi: The Executive Centre (TEC) is expanding its presence in Sri Lanka with a new flexible workspace at the World Trade Center (WTC) Colombo, adding more than 150 workstations to its portfolio when the centre opens on 1 December 2026.
Scheduled to launch at Level 33 of the WTC East Tower, the new centre will cover approximately 8,900 sq. ft. The expansion reflects TEC’s continued focus on serving businesses seeking premium office space with flexible occupancy options in Colombo.

The company’s existing centres in the city serve multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-growth enterprises looking for workplace solutions. The new facility builds on that presence at one of Colombo’s established commercial addresses.
The centre will be designed to TEC’s global standards, with private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, phone booths and member lounges. The workspace will also feature personalised services and enterprise-grade technology, combining flexible office arrangements with hospitality-led amenities.
As businesses place greater emphasis on workplace quality, flexibility and employee experience, TEC’s latest investment is intended to give organisations room to scale while retaining a corporate setting.
Commenting on the expansion, Manish Khedia, Regional Managing Director, The Executive Centre, said, “Sri Lanka remains a highly attractive market for The Executive Centre, and this expansion reflects our long-term confidence in its economic resilience and business landscape. As modern enterprises pivot toward premium workspaces that offer flexibility without compromising on quality, we remain committed to delivering best-in-class environments that support business growth, collaboration and productivity. Our new centre at World Trade Center Colombo further strengthens our presence in the market while offering businesses access to an internationally recognised workspace experience backed by exceptional service and hospitality.”
Over the past three decades, TEC has developed a presence serving multinational corporations and growth-focused enterprises through premium work environments, service and operational support. TEC Group currently operates across 38 cities in 15 markets, supporting businesses at different stages of expansion.
