Mumbai: Punjab-based developer GB Realty is entering the branded residences segment with a luxury housing project on Airport Road in Mohali, developed in collaboration with global luxury watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co. The development is being positioned as Punjab’s first Jacob & Co.-branded residences project.
The project marks a new phase in GB Realty’s expansion into luxury and ultra-luxury housing across North India. The partnership brings Jacob & Co.’s design influence into the residential development, alongside GB Realty’s real estate development expertise.

GB Realty plans to invest approximately ₹2,400–2,500 crore in the project, of which more than ₹1,000 crore is allocated towards land acquisition. The balance will be used for construction, development and other project-related costs. The development is intended to cater to demand for distinctive luxury housing in the Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula (Tricity) region.
Gurinder Bhatti, Founder and Managing Director of GB Realty, said, “Punjab has always embraced a larger-than-life vision of living, and our ambition is to translate that spirit into residences with a distinctive identity. Our collaboration with Jacob & Co. brings an international design perspective to the project, supported by GB Realty’s development vision. Our planned investment of approximately ₹2,400–2,500 crore, including over ₹1,000 crore for land, reflects our confidence in Tricity’s potential and our commitment to creating a new benchmark for luxury living in North India.”
The Mohali development is part of a broader investment strategy under which GB Realty plans to deploy more than ₹5,000 crore over the next three years. The company intends to expand its luxury residential portfolio while entering additional real estate segments and markets across North India.
Looking further ahead, GB Realty aims to increase its cumulative investment to approximately ₹10,000 crore over the next five years. Of this amount, around ₹3,500 crore is earmarked for luxury and ultra-luxury residential developments, underscoring the segment’s role in the company’s planned expansion.
