Delhi: Gaurs Group has expanded its strategic partnership with Seaform Germany, a European manufacturer of premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions, in an association valued at Rs. 150 crore. The partnership will bring Seaform’s kitchen and wardrobe solutions to Gaurs Group’s under-development and forthcoming residential projects, covering more than 10,000 premium kitchens over a period of 5 years.
The expanded partnership follows the companies’ collaboration at Trecento Residences by Gaurs, where Seaform’s kitchen and wardrobe solutions formed part of the project’s luxury offering. The new agreement will extend the association across the Group’s current portfolio, including The Island by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs, Gaur NYC Residences, Gaur Chrysalis and Gaur Alaris. It will also cover forthcoming projects in Crossing Republik, Sector 129 and Sector 150.

The partnership is expected to extend the use of German kitchen and wardrobe solutions across a larger project portfolio, with the two companies building on the experience gained through Trecento Residences by Gaurs.

Seaform Germany brings European manufacturing capabilities and precision engineering to the partnership. Its automated German facilities use advanced production technology alongside craftsmanship to manufacture kitchen and wardrobe systems, with a portfolio that includes premium surface finishes.
For Gaurs Group, the expanded Seaform association forms part of a broader approach of working with international specialists across different areas of construction and interior execution. The Group has previously entered into tie-ups with TOTO and GROHE for premium bathroom solutions, K-NEST for shuttering solutions, and Elematic, the Finland-based global provider of precast concrete technology, for precast solutions for kitchens.

These partnerships span several aspects of construction and interior execution, with Gaurs Group seeking to strengthen quality, precision, efficiency and consistency across its developments. The latest agreement with Seaform Germany extends that approach to kitchens and wardrobes across more than 10,000 units over the next 5 years.
