Mumbai: Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease for an apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu locality at a starting monthly rent of ₹6 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The renewal agreement was officially registered in February 2026.
As per the registration documents accessed by Square Yards, the apartment is located in Prime Beach, Juhu, and measures 365 square metres (3,929 square feet). The lease tenure is for 12 months, with the cumulative rental value amounting to ₹72 lakh for the full term. The agreement includes four car parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹36,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000.

The same apartment had previously been taken on rent, with the earlier agreement registered in October 2024, according to the documents reviewed.
Juhu is considered among Mumbai’s premium residential localities, known for its luxury apartments, sea-facing properties and high-value real estate transactions. The area offers connectivity through the Western Express Highway and JVPD roads and is located near the domestic and international terminals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. It also provides access to commercial hubs such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Andheri and Santacruz.
Juhu has long been associated with prominent personalities from the film industry. Notable residents have included Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan and Hrithik Roshan.
Shraddha Kapoor made her acting debut with a brief role in Teen Patti in 2010 and gained recognition with Aashiqui 2 in 2013. She has since appeared in films including Ek Villain, Haider, ABCD 2, Baaghi, Stree, Saaho, Chhichhore, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar and Stree 2.
