Mumbai: WeWork India Management Limited has expanded its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the launch of a new centre, WeWork Worldmark 6, located in Aerocity, New Delhi.

The new facility marks the company’s 17th centre in NCR and adds approximately 1.1 lakh sq. ft. to its portfolio. Situated on the third floor of Worldmark 6, the centre offers over 1,400 desks, further strengthening WeWork India’s footprint in one of the country’s key office markets.

Flexible workspace demand in India has continued to grow, with total inventory crossing 100 million sq. ft. and nearly tripling between 2020 and 2025, according to CBRE India. Delhi-NCR remains a leading market after Bengaluru, with an estimated 21–23 million sq. ft. of flexible workspace supply.

Aerocity has emerged as a preferred destination for multinational corporations and globally integrated businesses due to its connectivity, proximity to Indira Gandhi International Airport, and access to major transit networks. The area is evolving into a business hub supported by security infrastructure, metro connectivity, and a developed ecosystem of hospitality, retail, and entertainment.

Commenting on the launch, Arnav S. Gusain, Chief of Supply, WeWork India and CEO, Rivet by WeWork India, said, “Aerocity is no longer just a well-connected business district, it is emerging as a strategic node for enterprise-led growth in NCR. We are seeing a clear shift in demand towards high-quality, well-located assets that can support scale, speed, and evolving ways of working. The launch of WeWork Worldmark 6 is a direct response to this shift, and we are already witnessing strong demand and early traction for this centre. It reflects how occupiers, particularly large enterprises and GCCs, are increasingly integrating flexible workspaces into their core real estate strategy, rather than viewing them as ancillary. At WeWork India, we are focused on expanding our presence in the right micro-markets at the right time, with the right product. As the market matures and demand continues to increase, premium, well-connected hubs like Aerocity will play a critical role in shaping the future of work in Delhi-NCR,”

The centre is designed for enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs), and growing companies, and includes collaboration zones, meeting and presentation rooms, an indoor event space, wellness and breakout areas, phone booths, and print nooks.

It also offers direct access to the Aerocity Metro Station on the Airport Express Line, along with integrated services such as curated food and beverage options, technology-enabled meeting systems, administrative support, and community programming.
