Mumbai: BuzzWorks, the premium managed office and co-working arm of Brigade Group, has announced its entry into Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road, marking the brand’s expansion into Tier-2 markets.
The new centre offers more than 500 seats and is located within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus. According to the company, the project combines enterprise-ready infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s cultural heritage.

The company stated that the launch addresses the limited availability of Grade-A managed workspace infrastructure in the city amid growing demand from global capability centres (GCCs), startups, and corporates.
Commenting on the expansion, Siddharth Verma, Business Head, BuzzWorks, said, “Our entry into Mysuru is a testament to BuzzWorks’ strategic growth and our commitment to leading the expansion into Tier-2 cities across India. BuzzWorks would be the first Grade A managed workspace in the city, and we believe the first-mover advantage, coupled with the market demand, will be a great fit for the brand and the business.”
He further added, “By delivering institutional-grade managed workspaces, we are enabling corporates and GCCs to seamlessly expand their operations into emerging hubs that were previously underserved. This launch is one of the components of a larger multi-city expansion blueprint that we will implement during this financial year.”
BuzzWorks also announced upcoming expansion plans at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and Brigade Elysium in Varthur, Bengaluru. The company said sustained demand has additionally led to expansion within the World Trade Center campus at Brigade Gateway Complex in Rajajinagar.
According to the company, BuzzWorks recorded growth of more than 100 per cent compared to the previous financial year and aims to double its portfolio during the current fiscal year.
Beyond Karnataka, the company is also set to enter Chennai with a new facility at Brigade Tech Boulevard. The expansion comes amid reported growth in GCC activity and increasing office leasing demand from the BFSI and automotive engineering sectors in Chennai.
