White Flower Developers Enters Goa Market With Villa Acquisitions in Assagao and Tivim

White Flower Developers has entered the Goa real estate market through luxury villa acquisitions in Assagao, Tivim, and Siolim, with projects collectively valued at around ₹130 crore.
White Flower Developers Expands Into Goa Market

New Delhi: White Flower Developers is entering the Goa real estate market through the acquisition of three villa-focused projects across Assagao, Tivim, and Siolim as the company expands its presence in lifestyle-driven residential destinations.

According to the company, the Assagao project includes five luxury villas with an estimated project value of ₹60 crore and a development area of 2,500 square metres. The Tivim project comprises eight villas valued at approximately ₹50 crore, while Igreha Vaddo, a Portuguese-style heritage villa project in Siolim spread across 1,200 square metres, has an estimated project value of ₹20 crore.

The company stated that the expansion reflects its strategy of targeting high-potential micro-markets aligned with evolving lifestyle preferences and increasing demand for premium second homes.

North Goa has witnessed growing interest from homebuyers and investors due to its connectivity, lifestyle ecosystem, tourism-driven economy, and rising long-term investment potential.

Pranndeep Singh, Managing Director & Founder, White Flower Developers, said, “Goa represents a natural extension of our vision to create thoughtfully designed living spaces in high-potential lifestyle destinations. With Assagao and Tivim, we are looking at two distinct yet complementary markets: one rooted in exclusivity and the other in accessibility. According to the company, the Assagao project will feature a limited number of larger villas, while the Tivim project will focus on accessibility and design-driven living.

The company further stated that all projects will incorporate natural lighting, efficient floor planning, and sustainability-focused development principles.

White Flower Developers also plans to restore Igreha Vaddo, the 150-year-old Portuguese-style heritage property in Siolim, while preserving its architectural character and adapting it for contemporary living requirements.

The company stated that the property may be positioned either as a private luxury residence or as a boutique hospitality offering.

The Goa projects mark White Flower Developers’ first expansion into the state as the company aims to establish a larger presence in the region’s premium residential market.
