Mumbai: Vestian has expanded its service portfolio with the launch of Vestian Spaces, an integrated managed workspace platform aimed at providing end-to-end workplace solutions across design, execution, operations, and facility management.
According to the company, the move represents a strategic expansion beyond traditional real estate advisory and transaction services as enterprises increasingly adopt flexible and experience-led workplace models.

Vestian stated that the platform will integrate workplace strategy, office design, project execution, and ongoing facility management under a single service offering.
The company plans to scale the platform to more than 2 million square feet over the next three years across key office markets including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region.
Unlike conventional coworking and managed office operators that depend heavily on outsourced vendors, the company stated that Vestian Spaces will function through a fully integrated in-house operating structure.

Industry experts believe India’s managed workspace segment is witnessing growing demand as enterprises increasingly prefer flexible and capex-light office models amid changing workplace strategies and the expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
