North Goa has witnessed growing interest from homebuyers and investors due to its connectivity, lifestyle ecosystem, tourism-driven economy, and rising long-term investment potential.
Pranndeep Singh, Managing Director & Founder, White Flower Developers, said, “Goa represents a natural extension of our vision to create thoughtfully designed living spaces in high-potential lifestyle destinations. With Assagao and Tivim, we are looking at two distinct yet complementary markets: one rooted in exclusivity and the other in accessibility. Our focus remains on delivering homes that combine design, functionality, and long-term value, while also responding to the growing demand for luxury second homes in India.”
According to the company, the Assagao project will feature a limited number of larger villas, while the Tivim project will focus on accessibility and design-driven living.
The company further stated that all projects will incorporate natural lighting, efficient floor planning, and sustainability-focused development principles.
White Flower Developers also plans to restore Igreha Vaddo, the 150-year-old Portuguese-style heritage property in Siolim, while preserving its architectural character and adapting it for contemporary living requirements.
The company stated that the property may be positioned either as a private luxury residence or as a boutique hospitality offering.
The Goa projects mark White Flower Developers’ first expansion into the state as the company aims to establish a larger presence in the region’s premium residential market.
