Mumbai: Triguna Projects, in association with Megha Landmark Estates, has launched Country Homes Harohalli, a 65-acre hospitality-integrated gated farmland community located near Bannerghatta National Forest and Ragi Halli State Forest.
The launch was marked by a countryside-themed event attended by investors, influencers and guests from across Bengaluru. Teams from Radio City and Radio Indigo also participated in the event.

The launch programme was designed around the theme “Life Amidst Wilderness” and featured cultural dance performances, traditional food experiences, childhood games, outdoor activities and greenery-focused installations.
Guests were given guided tours of the project and were introduced to a heritage-inspired home within the community designed to showcase the lifestyle concept planned for Country Homes Harohalli.
According to the developers, the project is located in Harohalli, a region that continues to retain its natural surroundings despite ongoing urban expansion around Bengaluru.
The project is situated near the forest belt of Bannerghatta National Forest and benefits from connectivity through NICE Road, the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the upcoming Intermediate Ring Road (IRR). The location is also connected to employment centres including Electronic City, Bidadi and the upcoming KHIR City, while the proposed Second International Airport Corridor near Kanakapura Road is expected to enhance regional connectivity.
Country Homes Harohalli will feature approximately 135 farm plots ranging from 6,000 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. The developers stated that plot prices start from ₹70 lakh onwards.
One of the key components of the project is a planned three-acre luxury boutique resort within the gated farmland community.
The project will also include a Miyawaki forest, a two-acre lake, an artificial waterfall, mango and mulberry plantations, pottery spaces, vegetable village experiences, landscaped gardens, pet parks, amphitheatres and open play arenas.
Supporting infrastructure includes solar-powered streetlights, internal roads, hospitality facilities, wellness spaces, security systems and long-term maintenance planning.
Speaking about the launch, T. Thimmegowda & Brothers, Directors and Founders of Megha Landmark Estates, said, “We wanted people to truly experience the feeling behind Country Homes Harohalli instead of just visiting a project site. From traditional food and childhood games to nature trails and cultural performances, every element of the launch was curated to reflect the slower, more meaningful countryside lifestyle we are trying to create here.”
According to the developers, investments are being made towards internal roads, hospitality integration, landscaping, water systems, security and maintenance planning.
Commenting on the launch, Raghunath Reddy Bhattagiri, Co-founder and Managing Director of Triguna Projects, said, “The luxury farmland market around Bengaluru has evolved far beyond passive land ownership. Buyers today are looking for meaningful lifestyle experiences alongside long-term appreciation. With Country Homes-Harohalli, we are creating a hospitality-integrated countryside ecosystem where nature, wellness and investment value coexist seamlessly. By integrating a boutique resort within the community, we are also ensuring higher standards of upkeep, stronger infrastructure quality and long-term desirability for the project. At Triguna, our focus has always been on creating well-planned communities with strong appreciation potential and long-term value assurance for our buyers.”
The developers stated that hospitality-led countryside living is emerging as a new segment within the real estate sector that combines land ownership with nature-focused lifestyle experiences and managed infrastructure.
Sachin Kumar Bankapur, Director of Triguna Farms Pvt Ltd., said, “Harohalli is one of the few locations near Bengaluru that still retains its raw natural character and forest surroundings. As connectivity and demand for low-density living continue to grow, we believe this region will emerge as a highly sought-after destination for lifestyle and land investments. Our vision was to create more than just a farmplot community; we wanted to build a community where people can reconnect with nature while still enjoying the comforts of modern living.”
