Mumbai: NCR-based Karyan Group has performed the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony for its recently launched luxury residential project, Trevana Residences, located on NH-24 opposite Wave City in Ghaziabad. The ceremony marks the formal commencement of construction and reflects the company’s focus on timely project execution and delivery.
The company is investing ₹900 crore in the development and expects to generate an estimated ₹1,500 crore in revenue, underscoring the growing demand for premium residential developments in emerging micro-markets across the National Capital Region (NCR).

The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony was held in the presence of the company’s leadership and well-wishers, symbolising an auspicious beginning for the project. The event marked a key milestone in the development of Trevana Residences while reaffirming Karyan Group’s vision of developing a landmark residential community along the rapidly evolving NH-24 corridor.
Trevana Residences has been planned to offer a combination of luxury, connectivity and future-ready urban living. The project will comprise thoughtfully designed 3 and 4 BHK luxury residences featuring modern amenities, spacious layouts and sustainable infrastructure.
